Transparency is our foundation. Integrity lead the conversation. No room or no speculation Facts, receipts and revelations. No false relations Just truth, conviction and confrontation. [00:02:02] Speaker A: Okay, okay. I. I feel like I just came back on here. And for those of you that don't know, I took a hiatus from recording Morning Teen Allegations, and I was gone for a long time. It was like over 500 days that I was not doing anything with Morning Teen Allegations. I wasn't really producing a lot of content. I was just kind of healing and doing my own thing and just breathing for a moment. And I've been away, and then I'm coming back to things, and I'm like, oh, my gosh, I don't know how to set some of this stuff up anymore. I'm getting kind of rusty. Meanwhile, I'm still getting messages in my inbox of people sending me things that are happening, that are going on, that people are not being held accountable, people are lying, People are continuing to misrepresent what's happening. And then here I am trying to show up the best way that I can. Meanwhile, it's a lot going on out there, so. Hi, welcome. Okay, I need y' all to come speak in the comments if you are watching live. Hey, say some. And for those of you that are on the replay Ministry, speak up. Say something, because it's about to be 2026, and today's episode is for y' all to buckle up for 2026 because. Huh. Yo, it's about to be really spicy in 2026. If you just missed it. It's been spicy. It's been a lot going on. There's a lot of things that are happening that I need people to be very intentional about, particularly when we talk about our children, because they deserve better. I've been saying this to since 2019. Before that actually, if we want to be technical. But I've been on this Internet saying that our children deserve better. And things are happening right at your front door. Hello. Okay. They're happening right at the front door. And you need to be very mindful of the things that are happening. And we need to be engaged. We need to understand the people that are running for office. We need to know the people who are actually in office now. [00:04:24] Speaker B: We. [00:04:24] Speaker A: We need to know the policymakers and the decision makers that are making decisions on behalf of you, on behalf of our children. Okay? So I'm just here in my bear cave, in my teddy bear Snuggie, because it makes me feel good. And I'm here to tell you the things that I'm passionate about because I hope that you are passionate about it, too. Okay, before we get started, you know how we do here, we got to go over our church announcements and boy, oh, boy, I got a few of them. So let's go ahead and talk about some of these things here. For the folks in Patreon, Let me give them a round of applause because they deserve it. Okay? For my folks in Patreon, I just say thank you. I love you, I appreciate you. And if you missed the update that I published, go and see it. It's a video directly talking to you about the things that are going on. And I hope that we are buckled in. I hope that we're buckled in, because Project 2025, y' all remember that. Well, if we just look at a report card, status of where we are, we're about 50 of the things in the document that said is going to be done that it's currently happening now. And of course, you know, when you ask people about it, they say, I don't know. You know, listen, it's a lot, okay? It's a lot. So I just want to just give a shout out to the folks at my Patreon. I just thank you and love you and appreciate you and just thank you so much. And you can also be a part of family and community, too. So please join me. You can find the link on my website at www.biancagoulsbee.com forward/patreon. Or just go there and you'll see the link to it and join the community. I'll be so happy to have you. Also note, for my community partners, my change agents, the folks that are a part of the teaching for the Culture Squad. Squad. Squad. Okay? So the time is now. I've been saying that for quite some time, but I've been Operating out of fear in some of these things. And that's just me being very vulnerable and telling you and naming the thing. Okay. The word of my year for 2025 was fearless. And I had to do a real reflection on that and realize that I truly wasn't operating completely fearlessly. And so I have to hold myself accountable to that. But I was supposed to been scheduled this family meeting of community agents, change agents, community partners of Teaching for the Culture, because we need to have some vital conversations as it relates to the direction of teaching for the culture, which I can't wait to circle back on in just a moment. But we are out here, folks. We have community partners that are out here changing the game. We have folks that are making impact. We have folks that are impacting our children every single day. You might not see a news article about it, you might not see them featured on the news, but I will tell you that they have their boots on the ground and they're doing the things. You might not see it posted on Instagram, you might not see it on Facebook, but I'm telling you the work is being done because what? Our children deserve better. So I just want to give a round of applause to our community partners that are in the fight, in the work, because we appreciate you. And I just can't wait for all of us to get the get for all of us to get together because we need to have a conversation. So let's go ahead and give them a round of applause. Amen. Okay, so family meeting. I know it's last minute, so if you can't make it, I totally understand. There will be a replay that will be sent to your email. I have your email addresses. We're all good to go there. So there will be a family meeting Sunday night at 7:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Okay. All of the community partners of Teaching for the Culture, if you're able to come live, great. If you need to see the replay in your email, also great. Because we do need to have some conversations. And our planning for 2026, there's so many different events that you're planning that you're doing, and we want to make sure that everything is listed on the website and the calendar and that we're able to support you in the work that you're doing. So see y' all on Sunday night at 7pm okay, that concludes the church announcements. But of course, I always got to play the disclaimers because some of the things that we're talking about requires disclaimers. Okay. For some reason, there are Some people that are upset with me when I come on the Internet to tell you the things that I'm passionate about. And like I always say, people lie. Receipts don't. Let me just say that again for the people in the back because clearly there are some issues and discrepancies with this. People lie. Receipts don't. Okay? And if you hear that from anybody else, We ain't gonna go there. Just listen to the disclaimers and be very, very intentional with what I'm saying in them because it's very, very important. Thank you, church members, as we have additional announcements and disclaimers that require your full attention. I am a certified snitch and whistleblower that reports on what is happening in our community. Like I always say, people lie. Receipts don't. With that stated, the content used in this programming is protected under fair use. In addition, the views and opinions on this programming belong to me. I hold myself accountable and prioritize accuracy and truthfulness in my communications. So unless you have received, start with me. God is still working on me. I love the block button to protect my peace and I desire to snitch on everybody, including me. Thank you for your attention and govern yourselves accordingly. Amen. And so I go on this Internet and I say very boldly, very unapologetically that I am a whistleblower and I am a snitch, okay? So that also means that if I'm going to snitch on others, I'm also going to snitch on myself too. And I do believe, okay, if there's someone in here that, you know, wants to fact check me, I do welcome it, okay? But I do believe that every time that I've came on this Internet, okay, I have had some type of receipt because receipts matter, okay? Because people will get on the Internet and they will lie and they will say whatever it is that they want to say when facts matter, okay? Documentation matters. So, yes, I am a woman on this Internet with a teddy bear snuggie in my bear cave, talking about some very important things. But also, don't get it twisted. Don't try me. And I've been very, very clear with these warnings. And I'm so glad that we are here. Okay? Who child? So closing out 2025, there are some things that I need to tell you about that you need to be aware of. And then I am going to tiptoe out of here. And I have some more things that I need to say on a different platform and a different page, okay? The things that I'm talking about is for morning tea and allegations and for teaching for the culture. But there are some things that I need to talk about just for me, too. So if you're not following me personally, I suggest that you do go on my different pages that I have and see my content, because I've been posting more content and challenging myself to open up in different ways because 2025, the word was fearless. And in 2026, I'll go ahead and tell y' all that right now, my word for 2026 is unleashed. Okay, that is my word for 2026. And I'm wondering what your word is for 2026. Have you even. Have you even thought about it? We're going to talk about that more later outside of this programming. So, again, please follow me so that you know, you can stay up to date with these different things. But the educational news that we need to talk about today, I just need y' all to understand that we have an issue, folks. We have a very serious issue. And I am talking about the voucher money mystery. I've talked about this, but I'm talking about it again because session is getting ready to be in full swing in January. Okay? For my folks in Florida, I'm talking about this in particular because we are talking about a Department of education that has so much to say but could not keep track of almost $300 million in voucher funds. It was $270 million, to be exact. But I put to be exact in air quotes because we actually think it's more money that hasn't been properly accounted for. So remember, when you have all of these lawmakers, that's like, hey, school choice and, hey, accountability. Well, the Florida auditor general just released a report that said that every taxpayer in the state should be demanding answers. Every taxpayer in the state of Florida should be demanding answers about the voucher money. Ministry. I said ministry. Lord help me, this is a ministry. But the. The mystery of the money. So I just. Let me get this straight here. So these lawmakers rushed through this bill that they passed that allowed a $4 billion voucher program. Okay, follow me. Without proper oversight, there were organizations that came out to say, hey, I understand what you're trying to do, but there's not going to be a lot of accountability with the way that this bill is being implemented. They were ignored, and now the state has lost track of nearly $300 million. And then they want us, the people, to trust them with even more of our tax dollars. And again, folks, the receipts don't lie. People the receipts don't lie. It really shows a clear pattern of fiscal irresponsibility that any private company would have been shut down. I'm highlighting this to you because session is getting ready to be in full swing. This is why I'm saying, buckle up, folks. We are talking about our children. We are talking about children being denied opportunities because you had state representatives to go out there and say, yes, school choice. But when it came to accountability, we still can't find it. We still can't find it. So y' all like receipts? I do, too. So I'm going to copy and paste this link and I'mma put it in the chat so that y' all can actually read the report yourself. Because what I've noticed is that there are some people that will get on the Internet and they will take headlines or bits and pieces of information and not actually go to the fine print and actually read and understand with intention what is happening. And that's a problem why? Because there are articles out here that are written for clickbait that will drive emotion. But then when you actually read the details, it is a completely different narrative. It is marketing, folks. It is a strategy. And we have to move past these marketing antics and go get the facts, go get the receipts, go get the documentation. Because why people are receipts don't. So the receipts in the comments. Okay, if you could see the receipt, go and say, I see it. I see the link. Okay, let. Let me know that you see it, that you see the receipt. I want you to see it. It's over 20 pages of them saying, hey, state of Florida, we need to get this together. So much so that you have representatives that's like, hey, we actually need to fix this. And I don't think that the bill that I propose is even going to pass to fix it. This is why I say, y' all need to pay attention to the folks that are in Tallahassee, the F. That are saying, hey, vote for me. I'm telling you, as someone who has been deeply entrenched in that experience, who has experience that no one else could speak to, I am telling you that you need to be mindful of the people that you vote into office and that you need to hold them accountable to the things that they say and do. Why? Because accountability matters. Why? Because our children matter. And this is why I am so passionate about this. And I've been passionate about this for a very long time, which is why I'm in my Snuggie. It makes me feel safe and secure, and I'M in my bear cave because I am worthy. I am enough, and you are, too, and so are our children, which is why all of this is so important. So I appreciate the folks in the comments that's like, yeah, I see it. Thank you. Because when people talk about this, I need y' all to go get those receipts and read it for yourself, okay? Because it's a lot of lying and a lot of stuff going on out here, and it's a lot. So the money trail, though, is just the beginning. Okay? Now, I've just talked about this missing money and the lack of accountability, but also, we're talking about policy, folks. While we are losing our tax dollars, we're also outsourcing education policy, and that's being outsourced to a Washington, D.C. think tank. Now, I talked about Project 2025 earlier. Okay, I'm gonna bring it right back up. Okay. In November, Florida became the first state in the nation. Let me say it again, just to make sure you hear me, that Florida became the first state in the nation to adopt something called the Heritage Foundation's Phoenix Declaration. Now, if that name sounds familiar, it should, because this is the same Heritage foundation behind Project 2025. Now, you have some critics that are calling this indoctrination, while the Board of Education calls it promoting what we support. Now, I just have questions. Of course I. I have questions, because when did Florida education policy get outsourced to a DC Think tank? And I just want to know the receipts on how this serves Florida kids and not political agendas. Huh? I'll wait. I'll wait. When I say, folks, these topics and this information is so important that, you know, I know it's a lot going on, and I know that you can't keep up with everything going on in the news because you're just trying to take care of your house, you're trying to take care of your kids and the things that work. I get it. I understand it. But, folks, folks, we have people in office right now that have had all of this conversation to talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion and being these buzzwords as something so harmful. And meanwhile, we have organizations such as the Heritage foundation that have alienated communities, and our state is adopting things from them and then say, we're just promoting what we support. You had the Commissioner of Education in the state of Florida quote the Bible when referencing to different policy in our state. And not everyone believes in the Bible. Not everyone believes in Christianity. And that's okay. That's what makes this a democracy. That's what Makes us unique that we have different beliefs, that we have different viewpoints and we can all coexist. Unfortunately, though, we're seeing that the folks that are in charge, the folks that are making these decisions, are alienating communities in the process and causing division. So again, let me just sum this up because I think it's important. So you have these lawmakers get together to say, hey, we need to pass this bill so that we can allow more school choice. They do that. And the systems that was used to do that lacked so much accountability that it is causing a bunch of white flags and red flags around here because people are like, well, where's the money? How, how did things get accounted for? And, and then you have the leaders that are going to different think tanks in Washington D.C. in a completely different sector making policy decisions. And this comment says the US is not a democracy. That isn't true. And I do want to talk about this because we hear that all the time about how the United States is a democracy. And I just said it right, because we've been told we the people. But then when we actually start to unpeel the layers, we realize that there's a profit in the problem and that the profit is going to continue to allow us to continue to be divided in this country. And it turns into a shell game, which is a great transition because the Schools of Hope is a shell game. And I want to talk about that because I need folks to be paying attention. So while folks are distracted by national drama, there is a takeover that's happening right now. And they call it Schools of Hope. Sounds nice. Sounds pretty. You know who, who doesn't want Hope? Who doesn't want to go to a School of Hope, Right? Well, originally it was supposed to be for charter schools to help kids in persistently low performing areas. Okay. And I've talked about this in previous episodes and in fact there's an entire article that I've published that I will re uplift about Senate Bill 2510. Okay. Senate Bill 2510 completely changed the game. Now you have charter operators that are sending letters with their intent to take over public schools across the state of Florida. It was around 690 letters of intent went out to around 450 public schools across 22 Florida school districts. Let me repeat myself. You have 450 schools. This isn't about helping struggling schools. This is a coordinated takeover. Here's the part that should make every taxpayer furious about the matter though, because under this new law, public schools will have to provide all faculty Related services. So custodial work, maintenance, food service, transportation at no cost to these charter operators. There was one school board member in Orange county and I really like what they said. They said that this is asking Home Depot to give Lowe's space in their store and Home Depot is supposed to pay all of their infrastructure costs. And I just want you to think about the divide that's going to be happening with this policy, which again, I'm uplifting. Session is getting ready to start in 2026, and I need people to be very, very intentional with what they are reading and what they are watching and what is happening. Folks, this is something very serious, okay? This is not just happening in your area. This is happening across the state. And guess what? When the state of Florida does stuff, you have other states that copy what Florida does. We've seen it over and over again. And guess who gets harmed in the process? Our children. We care about the kids, right? Because there's so many people that have so much to say about what's going on. And I'm just trying to figure out, well, when was the last time that you poured into a child? So there are a bunch of letters that have been going to different school districts, going after different schools across the state of Florida. And this takeover is happening and it's unfortunate, which is why we need people to continue to raise the alarm on what's happening. We need people to be informed with what is happening. We need people to be able to see and recognize the issue and that there is a profit in the problem. And unfortunately, our children are the ones that are being harmed in the process. Unfortunately, our education providers are being harmed in the process. Our educational leaders are being harmed in the process. So just imagine, okay, you got two schools, you got one is a public school and then you have one, a charter school, and they in the same building. This charter school is going to make sure that they pick the best kids because they not going to be dealing with no children that have a bunch of different abnormalities and differences and require specialized support. And they're also not going to really want to tackle the students that need the additional resources to learn and to thrive. So guess what? You're going to have these two schools where they're competing on the best and brightest children that already is going to cause chaos. Then you have the public schools that's going to be financially responsible for the charter schools. So you mean that we're making sure that we're feeding both schools, but we could barely feed feed one, huh? You have schools right now that are struggling to feed their students. And you mean to tell me that we're going to add a whole nother system within a system and everything is supposed to be working properly? If y' all can't account for the money that is going in and out of schools, then what. What are we doing? And then I, I go to these lawmakers and I'm like, did have y' all had a conversation with a teacher? Y' all must have it. Y'. [00:29:04] Speaker B: All. [00:29:04] Speaker A: Y' all must have it. Because it's interesting having different students at different levels in the classroom. And just imagine two schools. [00:29:15] Speaker B: What? [00:29:17] Speaker A: We're talking about chaos, folks. It's already chaotic enough. We are talking about chaos. So one of the comments say, we already know schools within schools do not work. And my question to the lawmakers. Hello, lawmakers. Some of y' all view my page. Some of the lawmakers that I talk about come on the page and. And they see what I'm talking about. Hey, how y' all doing? So for those that are in favor of this, I'm, I just have questions because I'm just trying to figure out which educator did you talk to? Because clearly you haven't talked to any other educators in the Teaching for the Culture Network. I know you haven't, because they could tell you right now that this is not going to work at all. Just like they've told you several things that wasn't going to work, and you still pushed through and did it anyway. And then wonder why we are in this mess and instead of finding the money, now we causing more harm. I just, I. So parents and caregivers and community members, I am uplifting that we are talking about legislation that is going to continue to be talked about and discussed, discussed after the new year. And I'm saying to please buckle up, to please be intentional, because these are. These are very, very important matters. I'm very, very passionate about it. The folks that are in the squad are very, very passionate about it. Why? Because our children matter. Our children deserve better. And they didn't ask for this. Okay? They didn't ask for any of this. And it is by design. It's intentional because there's a war against public schools. And I don't really understand why other than there's a profit in the problem. And so let's just go ahead and continue to talk about who was profiting from all of this. There were public records that was obtained that showed how this law was pushed through. Lobbyist for Success Academy. I want you to remember this name. I'M telling y', all, lobbyists for Success Academy and their biggest financial backer. You ready? Ken Griffin, he is a billionaire hedge fund manager. Ken Griffin, he is a billionaire hedge fund manager and the lobbyist for Success Academy. Push this law through. The lobbyists literally handed the legislation to the legislators and was like, here y' all go. And the provision allowed charter schools to co locate for free. And that was written by Success Academy folks. There are people on the grounds that are getting public records, that are getting receipts for the things that I'm talking about. Follow the money. I've been saying this for quite some time. Follow the money. So the receipts show a very direct line from Wall street money to Tallahassee policy right into your child's classroom. This is how it works. So going back to when I was like, this is supposed to be a democracy. United States is a democracy. And then there was conversation. Well, actually, it's not a democracy. Well, this is an example here of how this works, folks. You have billionaires that write legislation, lobbyists that deliver to politicians, and politicians file it as their own brilliant idea. And then we get stuck with the aftermath. So if y' all have questions, y' all go hit up Ken Griffin. Y' all go hit him up. The billionaire hedge fund manager, okay? Who is one of the biggest funders of the Florida Republicans. Ask him. And ask the lobbyist for Success Academy why did they put that language in the bill? Because that's what happened. And this is why I say local elections matter. I need folks to understand that this is your call to action. We are focused on national politics. And trust, trust me, I get it. It's a lot happening. But we have billionaire backed operators that are systemically dismantling public education one school board vote at a time. Your school board members are your last line of defense. Do you know who they are? Do you know how they vote? Who shows up at your school board meetings? And not just when they're banning books, but when they're making budget decisions that impact your property taxes and your children's future. And let's not get started on property taxes and the debacle that's getting ready to happen there. Folks, I need you to pay attention to what is happening in Tallahassee and the lawmakers that are making decisions on you and your children. I have seen things in that Capitol that I can only speak to because it was my experience. And you have folks that will say, go vote for me. I'm going to fight for you. And when they're handed a packet of Information, they don't even read it, they don't know what it says. And it becomes a game on the backs of our children. And that is disgusting. I need y' all to understand that when I'm talking about education and politics that folks are counting on you to be too busy, to be too distracted, to be overwhelmed, to pay attention to what's happening. But you need to know everybody's name down the ballot because it's not just school board members. Again, I was just talking about state representatives and state senators that have no accountability for the financial harm that some private schools face, that some school districts face as it relates to the voucher money debacle in the children that were harmed in the process. So what we do, we create chaos in public education funding. Mind you, educators are paid 50th in the nation. I just don't want to just pass that fact. We just want to continue to talk about it, that our educators are paid 50th in the nation. So we're going to continue to create chaos in our public education funding. We're going to lose track of millions of dollars and create a budget crisis. And then we're going to implement curriculum requirements that divides communities and then we're going to continue to expand charter school access to siphon off the remaining resources and high performing students. And the result, public schools that are defunded and destabilized while private operators profit from your tax dollars. And what seems to be their strategy is that we are so distracted by so many different things that are going on while they are systemically privatizing the entire system. None of this was to help children because there's a profit in the problem. And I'm passionate about this and I, I talk about this in different ways so that people can understand how serious education policy is. And had I not had my experience working in the classroom, I would have never known the things that I've learned and then being able to have some experiences that people would never be able to have and to see and meet people that I've meant to talk about some of these things, folks, I'm telling you, I have experience and I've seen things that I can't unsee. And unfortunately a lot of these things are happening and it's not for the benefit of our children. And I'm going to continue to fight for our children because they deserve better than all of it. But it's greed, folks, it's power. And the thing that I've learned is that people will hold on to power as Long as they can. And people will hold on to their money, even though they can't use all of that money, but they will hold on to it because they can. And you literally had lawmakers that would go up to Tallahassee, and the question is, well, why are you passing this bill? And the answer is, because I can. And if you don't know who that is, that's Representative Randy Fine, which y' all allowed him to go to Congress. Let's move forward. As we head into 2026, I have a challenge for every single person that's listening, that is watching live, that is a part of the Replay ministry or the folks that are listening to this on the podcast. First, I need you to know your school board members, not just their name, but how they vote on budgets, on charter approvals, and on superintendent contracts. I need you to know your school board members, not just your school board members. I need you to know who's. Who's on the ballot. All of them. From the judges, from the city and county officials, to your state representatives and senators, to your folks in Congress representing US in Washington, D.C. i need you to know every single person down the ballot in Florida. We're getting ready to have a governor's race that is wild already. I need you to know these people, every single person down the ballot. And I need you to show up, I need you to ask questions, I need you to bring your receipts and to show up in the best way that you can. What might work for someone might not work for you, but you have your own lane, you have your own path. However, you are called to advocate for our children, please do that, because we need all hands on deck. Because we are seeing that there's a profit in the problem, and we are seeing that billionaires are aligning, getting themselves together to defund our schools. And we are seeing the impacts of that. And we've been seeing the impacts of that prior to Covid. We need you to follow the money. When someone is proposing something new, ask who's funding it, who profits from it, who's actually writing the legislation. Because according to public records, the legislators didn't even write this legislation. The lobbyists did. And I want you to vote in every election, especially the ones that determine who sits on these boards and these vital seats. Because what I know after covering this and being in the political space and having alliances with different folks across both sides of the aisle, is that folks will only get away with things if you let them. And they are going to continue to privatize public education because there are folks that are not paying attention and if they can lose track of hundreds of millions of your tax dollars and you not demand accountability, well, it's going to only continue to happen. And I hope that we are very, very intentional with these policies and with these policy makers that you keep asking questions, that you keep demanding receipts, and that you keep holding people accountable. Like I said, my word in 2025 is fearless. And after doing some reflecting on that, I've had to sit with some hard truths. And I am very grateful that you have been on this journey with me as I've restarted season four of Morning Tea and Allegations. And I'm excited for the chapters that will continue to grow and evolve with this programming. I look back at some of my previous content and I just thank God for the growth and the peace that I have. But I also am repeating some of the same things that I said back in 2019, some of the exact same things. So I just want to continue to uplift that. We need to be very intentional, that we have to hold folks accountable. And even folks being ourselves, we have to hold ourselves accountable. To my parents and caregivers, please check your child's grades. Please know the systems where your child's grades are being reported on. And I'm gonna end you with this to please check the cell phone, to please be mindful of the hours of screen time. The last episode I talked about a research report that highlighted the mental health harm that our children are experiencing on these platforms. And I'm going to continue to uplift it because our children are being hurt by these platforms. And I'm working on a story now about a content creator on TikTok. And this content creator ended up taking their life on Tick Tock Live. And this content creator had been persistently bullied up until time of death. And some of those content creators that were participating in the cyber bullying, some have deactivated their accounts and others are standing firm. And some of the things that they have said that are very harmful and damaging and why we need to have conversations about this because what is happening on the Internet, it's a lot. And my work is to help protect our children. And with that is offline and online. And there are groups out here that are trying to target your children whether they are on gaming platforms or on social media spaces. There's a lot of things that's happening that I need parents and caregivers to be aware of. Please check your child's cell phone, please have conversations about who they're following and what they're watching, and please know the apps that they have downloaded on their phone and what access that does that give, because there was a parent that I talked to that had no idea that the way that their child's Snapchat was set up, it literally had a map tracking. Tracking that child's location everywhere that they went, because they didn't disable the feature, and they didn't know. They. They don't have Snapchat. But there are people that now know every time the child leaves the house because they have Snapchat and the map is following them and is tracking their location, and other people can see it. There's so much more that I want to tap into, and I will, because 2026 is unleashed, and I'm very grateful. So thank you for watching this episode. Thank you for just being a part of this journey with me as I talk about the things that I'm passionate about because our children deserve better. And I'm just here to just advocate for them because. Oh, my goodness. Oh, my God. It's wild. It is wild, the things that are happening. And we have lawmakers and decision makers that are fighting about fonts. Okay? And meanwhile, we are experiencing an education crisis in the United States of America, and we need to be very intentional with our children, because, hey, it's some things that are happening. Also, please be involved politically. Find a political home, a village. Please have these conversations, because the midterm in 2026 is going to be very, very important. So I'll be right here talking about how important it is for you to make sure that you have your ballot, that you know what you're voting for, that you've done your research on the people that you're voting for, and know why? Because we need to be very, very intentional as we circle these bubbles in. If you look at the margins between Governor Ron DeSantis and Andrew Gillum and you see the margin, and then you say your vote doesn't count. I just have a hard time believing that when the numbers don't lie. So please be involved, Please be engaged, and please pay attention to what's happening, because it is so much. It is a lot. But our children deserve better, and we need to make sure that we are focused on our children because we are losing them day by day, challenge by challenge. The last story that I'm gonna end you with, I was shared a video, and I'm gonna do a deep dive about this as well. But there were three. I was gonna say teenagers, but one is eight. So the children's ages are 8, 11 and 12. They went on YouTube and they found out how to rig a Kia to where they could steal the car and drive off. So the 8 year old, the 11 year old and the 12 year old went on YouTube, learned how to steal a car and then was literally driving the car around the city and was being chased by the police going speeds upward of 80 miles per hour. They ended up getting into an accident and thankfully that, thankfully they didn't kill anyone in the process or themselves. But these are teenagers, barely, that are now facing charges because they've seen a video on YouTube of how to steal a car and was successful in their adventure. So I uplift that. Parents and caregivers, please be intentional with what your kids are watching and what they're doing, particularly over winter break, particularly as we're entering the new year. There are going to be so many TikTok challenges and things that are happening on this Internet and I need you to be aware and I need you to know. So the resource that you can go to to find this information out is check the cellphone.com that's where I'll be talking about these things because it's important to me. It matters and I do want to uplift again. For those folks that are part of the Teaching for the Culture community that we have our meeting on Sunday night at 7 and I can't wait to connect with you all because there's so much that we are doing on the grounds and we need to go ahead and huddle up because the way that our education systems and the way that things are being dismantled, it's time and it's been time and I do apologize for me not moving on that, but because of fear and that is because of what I am currently and still actively dealing with. The Teaching for the Culture trademark dispute has been something that I've been talking about for several years on this platform and also additional spaces on the Internet. As I was talking to my bear partner today, I come to find out that the Instagram page of Teach for the Culture is back reactivated. The Facebook page is not but the Instagram pages in which I did contact meta again to be like why is this page reactivated? I say all this to say that this trademark dispute has caused so much financial and emotional harm towards me and the folks that also create in this organization and it has caused so much turmoil and I'm being very vulnerable to just share with you of how it feels when you've created something and that you've built it. Brick by brick. And then to find out that someone is co opting your name by taking away three letters and is pretending as if it is something that they've been had information that they've been doing and then drag you into court spending upwards of over $10,000 in legal fees when and then still is having to fight even after having the victory. We won our trademark dispute and we are still fighting with Shawna Brown today about our intellectual property rights. So for the folks that say, well just sue, we we dealt with our court and it was ruled in our favor with prejudice. And we are still actively dealing with people that are not doing right. And this is a battle that I have have where when you create something and you love something and then anything could just be snatched away, somebody can lie on you, it just changes the way that you want to create. And that's going to be for a whole nother space. Because I know that I'm not alone in that speaking with different creators that are creators that just want to create, that just wants to find joy and the things that they want to produce to the world. And because of life circumstances and things that are happening, sometimes it makes the process harder. And I just want to serve in that space to help others in that because I know how it feels to build something and to have someone try to take it from you. And so my ask is if you can go and flag the Instagram page. I'm a postal link in the chat so that you can go see it. They have made their page private, which is interesting and it looks like they have purchased a meta badge, so that's cool too. But after all of that is said and done, the page has to go. Shauna Brown has to figure something else out. And we sent her a letter as it relates to this matter. And I just, I don't have it. I don't have it to continue to go back and forth. So I'm asking y' all for y' all support over $10,000 again in legal fees fighting for this matter. And we are still fighting the fight of making sure that folks don't co opt our names or cause confusion with our organization. And that's where I'm at. So I just ask you that you continue to keep me uplifted in prayer as I'm navigating life and the complexities of life and grief and all of those things and just mixing it in with having to fight these battles that I just, I. I'm listening, God, like I hear you. But also at the same time, tag somebody else in because I'm tired. So if you could please flag the page that will help us greatly as again, we're reporting and doing the things to make sure that our intellectual property is protected. But I'm also going to be working on a video that talks about this. And even for the folks that want to trademar their business and want to know pitfalls to avoid, I definitely will share with you my experience, my journey with this because it's been multiple years of fighting the good fight to make sure that teaching for the culture is where it's at. We are transforming, we are educating, we are advocating, we are coaching and we are healing here in this space with teaching for the culture. And no one's going to stop the work that we're doing. So happy 2025 and 2026 on the way. Buckle up, let's go because we ready to ride. And I just thank you for allowing me to just have my moment of vulnerability as I share the complexities of the different things that are happening. It's been a lot, but I'm grateful. And for those of you that are on the Replay Ministry, I thank you. And for the folks that are in the chat that just said that they flagged a page, thank you. I really appreciate your love and support in this because it has been a journey for sure. And I'm just trying to make sure that everything is protected and that we're doing things the right way because we're fighting for kids and that's all that we're trying to do out here, is to fight for kids because they deserve better. So have an amazing day, have an amazing week. Have an amazing start to 2026. I look forward to be back with you continuing morning tea and allegations with you and also the different shows that we have on the teaching for the Culture Network and the different things that we're building over here and again for those community partners. I'll see you Sunday night at 7. Come join. We need to have very vital discussion on what's happening, what's going on and yeah, that, that, that's it. That that's a wrap. So sending you love, light and peace. And until next time. [00:56:10] Speaker B: The.
