[00:02:02] Speaker C: Hello, good morning and welcome to Morning Teen Allegations. This is your host, Bianca Goolsby, otherwise known as Petty B. And I'm so glad you are here because what the hell?
[00:02:18] Speaker B: Oh my God.
[00:02:20] Speaker C: No way.
So preparing for this episode made me realize that this is the first recording of Morning and allegations in 2026.
Wow.
[00:02:40] Speaker B: Wow.
[00:02:43] Speaker C: Episode 15 was titled Buckle Up 2026. And what a foreshadow. I wasn't expecting this to be what it is, but my goodness, I said to buckle up and we still need to be buckled up because it's so much that we need to discuss. Okay, I want to go ahead and start by telling you that this is episode 16 again, the first episode of 2026. And the title of today's episode is Go to the Source. Okay.
I have visual aids this season, so I'm going to be talking about these things and I have my pointer and I. I have my pen and I have all the things to talk to you about what's happening. It's very, very important. Okay? So as you come on in. Okay, come on in. Come on. Get yourself comfortable. Okay. For the OGs, you already know how this works, so just welcome the people in the room. Get everyone together. Let's get settled. I know it's been some time since we've had this setting, but we're back. Okay, the time is now. We're back in formation. So it's important that we're all intentional while we're in this space. And yeah, so let's go ahead and talk about these church announcements and then get to the disclaimer so that we can get to the show. Okay? So for Church announcements. I just want to say I am very grateful and thankful to the folks that are in my Patreon space.
Thank you for being there. Thank you for supporting. There are three tiers in Patreon, folks. 3. Okay?
The first tier is free. You have access to it if you want to get in there. Okay, it's free.
The second tier is $5.
And the third tier, you get so much more, and that's $25. So go to Patreon. It's listed there. But again, you can join in that space for free, so just do it. Okay? I am not fighting and competing with these algorithms, and it is my safe space to where everything that I want to post is there.
And I am doing a better job with being more frequent in Patreon. So as I'm shifting and changing the Patreon, come on and join me in all of the things I'm looking forward to, all the things that God has for me and for us. So also on the church announcements, I need y' all to be intentional with your voting registration status.
Hello. Okay, let me get the sound effect, because it's important. I need you to be very, very intentional with your voting status. I need you to know if you're even eligible to vote. I need you to know if you were purged from the system and you need to get back into the system. I am not going to leave here without telling you the importance of making sure that you go to your local supervisor of elections to figure out what your status is, because it is very, very important. It is time to vote like never before. As you see what's happening with the removal of policies that have been in place for several years to ensure that we have equitable and fair elections. And now we're seeing things shifting and changing as it relates to access black representation being removed in. Debbie, Debbie, Debbie, Debbie, Debbie.
You really failed to be in that seat after all the conversations that people had with you. And then I go to the National Democrat leadership. You know what?
Before I go there, I need to roll the disclaimers. Okay? Again, just to say the things. I see y' all in the live chat. Good morning. And make sure as y' all are coming in here that you say something in the comments, okay? Don't. Don't be watching and being church mouse quiet. Now, there are some of you that are going to be watching this, and it is your duty to probably just be quiet, okay? Like I've said for many, many, many, many years. Okay, seven.
If you haven't been intentional with our Children,
[00:07:04] Speaker B: shut up.
[00:07:06] Speaker C: If you haven't worked in a classroom, shut up. If you haven't poured energy into molding the minds of our young children of today, shut up, please.
Okay.
[00:07:19] Speaker D: All right.
[00:07:21] Speaker C: Before I go deeper, we need to go run the disclaimers and. Yeah, let's roll the clip.
[00:07:29] Speaker E: Thank you, church members, as we have additional announcements and disclaimers that require your full attention.
I am a certified snitch and whistleblower that reports on what is happening in our community.
Like I always say, people lie. Receipts don't. With that stated, the content used in this programming is protected under fair use. In addition, the views and opinions on this programming belong to me. I hold myself accountable and prioritize accuracy and truthfulness in my communications.
[00:07:59] Speaker C: So unless you have received seats, don't start with me. God is still working on me.
[00:08:05] Speaker E: I love the block button to protect my peace, and I desire to snitch on everybody, including me. Thank you for your attention and govern yourselves accordingly. Amen.
[00:08:27] Speaker C: Mm.
Okay.
All right.
It's time. Okay. It is time.
So just some housekeeping and some things you might not have met me before. You might not been familiar with the morning tea and allegations set up. In fact, I do actually need to transition and actually switch out my location.
I need to go to my snitching layer. And so if you could just bear with me one moment as I get that ready and prepared. One second.
Okay. Hi, y'.
[00:09:05] Speaker B: All.
[00:09:05] Speaker C: Yes, indeed.
We are here and we're ready. Okay. If you see, I'm in the bear cave. I'm in my teddy bear Snuggie. And if you notice, I got a new one. Okay. I am very grateful for the folks that support this work, that love the things that I am doing creatively. And I. From having different costumes and different wigs to coming on here with the teddy bear Snuggie. Very comfortable. But also giving you the receipts. And again, I want to continue to uplift that it is important that you go to the source. Okay.
Okay. All right. So let's go ahead and talk about the things that are on the docket.
I am wondering, why did it take a previous NFL player getting punished for helping students before Florida admitted the policy needed to change?
Let me go ahead and share my screen so that you can see what I'm talking about and you have context, because I am actually very intrigued with this law and what actually led up to it becoming a law.
So I just want to give a shout out to Senator Chevron Jones. Okay. We need to give him a round of applause. And let me queue up the sound effects because it's very, very important that we talk about it. So let me find the applause. Here we go. Here we go.
Yes, indeed.
Okay. Okay.
So Florida just signed the Teddy Bridgewater Act.
This allows high school head coaches to spend up to $15,000 of their own money each year on student athlete needs like food, transportation, rehab services.
And after Teddy Bridgewater's story, this is how it all came together. He was suspended in 2025 for helping his players and at Miami Northwestern.
And the reason why I'm bringing this to your attention, not because I love State Senator Chevron Jones and I appreciate the work that he does and I'm thankful for this bill. But this is bigger than sports, y'. All. This raises the question about who is responsible for meeting students needs when families and schools and systems fall short. And like I'm saying to you, I don't know how long these systems are going to continue to run like this. It's not sustainable. This is something that we've been talking about for quite some time. So I know that Chevron Jones had been working on this and I am just so proud to see this pass and that high school coaches could help with the gaps because it's clear gaps. So again, giving Senator Chevron Jones a round of applause for getting that act signed into law. Okay.
Yes. And you thank do.
Now, when we're talking about gaps in our students needs, we also need to talk about how public dollars should come with public receipts. And it is so important now than ever that we are intentional with that because people are having a hard time following the money. Okay. For some reason we are just having such a difficult time with finding where students are located and making sure that our public schools get funding and then our charter school and private institutions get the money that they need. But like I said, public dollars should come with public receipt.
Okay.
On episode 15. Okay. So this was the episode I recorded in 2025.
Okay. It's around the 14 minute timestamp. I'm going to clip it. And I tell you, there's so many things I need to clip so that we can all be on the same page. But I shared the alarming report about the Florida voucher system.
And I shared that they were having a difficult time tracking students and they were having a hard time finding the money. And I'm telling you now that they're still having a hard time finding the money. And I want to share a clip from the news so that we could watch it together.
Well, the legislative session may be over,
[00:13:41] Speaker D: but one major issue remains unresolved.
[00:13:43] Speaker C: Yeah. Lawmakers failed to pass a bill that looked to fix serious problems with the state's universal school choice voucher program. And our Capitol bureau reporter Mackenzie reports in Tallahassee with lingering questions around missing money and untracked students.
[00:13:57] Speaker D: Right before the 2026 legislative session began, a shocking audit revealed that the state school voucher program had allowed thousands of students and millions of dollars in funding to go missing.
[00:14:10] Speaker F: Whatever could go wrong did go wrong.
[00:14:13] Speaker D: Lawmakers say in the 2024, 2025 school year, there were underpayments, slow reimbursements under counting for students, fraudsters, and millions of dollars that went unaccounted for.
[00:14:25] Speaker F: You know, the Department of Education at any given point can't find about 30,000 students that we're paying for. And that means about $370 million sloshing around by and between private schools, public schools and homeschool.
[00:14:40] Speaker D: Senate President Don Gates led the charge this year to save the program, taking action in the very first week of sessions, saying that public schools were shortchanged, private schools weren't getting paid the right amounts, and homeschooling families waited months to get reimbursed.
[00:14:56] Speaker F: Students move back and forth between and among private and homeschooling and public schools from year to year, sometimes from month to month or week to week.
[00:15:05] Speaker D: With all the chaos of trying to keep track, the Senate knew they had to act quick, unanimously passing a bill that looked to separate voucher funds from public and private schools, give every student a tracking ID number and require parents to confirm 10 times a year their children's school of choice.
[00:15:22] Speaker F: The bill passes.
[00:15:23] Speaker D: Senators were off to a great start and remained hopeful the House would carry on the movement.
[00:15:27] Speaker F: I have faith in the House.
[00:15:28] Speaker D: But despite the overwhelming bipartisan support, the House never took it up, letting the bill die in the final hours of session.
[00:15:36] Speaker G: Doing nothing is even worse than trying to do something.
[00:15:39] Speaker D: As of now, no fixes to the school voucher program have been approved by the Legislature, which sets up lawmakers to bring these efforts to back again next year. That's the latest here at the Capitol. Mackenzie Laporte 8 on your side.
[00:15:59] Speaker C: So I just want to do a recap in my own way so people can understand.
So the state of Florida auditors determined a problem when they were doing a report.
And in that report, which I shared on episode 15 and I will share here today so that you could go get the receipts yourself. Like I will say, go to the source. The source is these auditors.
These auditors said, hey, we are flagging that this is a critical issue here, and we need to resolve it.
Because it's impacting our money.
It is impacting children. It's impacting these institutions. And you know what?
The Senate tried to address it. And as you hear in this video, the House did not.
And this issue is still not resolved.
I don't know where else you could go mismanage millions of dollars and not be held accountable. But the Florida education system, which the rankings of this system I'll get to in a moment. Cause I just pulled the educator's scorecard, and that was wild to read.
But I'm amplifying this for y'. All.
So that, again, when I said, please be intentional with who you vote for, please be intentional down the ballot. I don't care what side of the aisle you're on, okay?
I don't care what side of the aisle you're on. I need you to be intentional down this ballot, please.
It's too much at stake to not be aware of what's happening, okay?
Please. Our children deserve better, and I'm constantly saying that. So, as I stated, public dollars should come with public receipts. And as we see, we got receipts to show that the math ain't mathing. And we have policymakers that are not coming up with a solution. And the reason to that, my belief is that there's a profit in the problem.
Okay? Now, while all of that's happening in the state of Florida, mind you, we're following the money in the state of Florida, but also in the United States.
Education Week reports that the White House is withholding more than 2 billion.
More than 2 billion in education funding that was already approved.
It was already approved by Congress.
And $2 billion is leaving the education system.
[00:19:05] Speaker B: What the hell?
[00:19:08] Speaker C: Oh, my God. No way.
If y' all can help me in the comments, can you help me make sense of this? Because the. The math ain't math. I. I don't know what the intent for this is, other than me saying the dismantling of public education.
And then when people say that, they're like, oh, no, that's. That's. That's not what we're doing. But then this is happening.
And if you read Project 25, it actually talks a lot about the changes that are happening with our education system. And a lot of that's been implemented. The Department of Education has been gutted. And there's so much that has happened in that department. And I've shared that last year, and I can't wait to Amplify that more this year. But, y', all, what I say, I'm on this program with this nuggie on talking about the state of education because it's important. Y', all, I worked in the classroom. I have people that are still working in the classroom. We have students out here that are struggling with reading and decision making and critical skills and basic math and social skills.
Y', all, this is serious. This is so serious. I know I look cute and cuddly, and I'm blowing bubbles, and I see that, but, y', all, this is important.
This is important. So as 2 billion in education is being cut, everyone says that they care about the children until the budget enters the chat.
And speaking about the budget.
[00:20:56] Speaker B: Oh, my God.
[00:21:01] Speaker C: In the previous clip I showed, it had said that session was not in play. Well, actually, a session is in play, and there are state representatives and leaders that are saying we need transparency in this process because we actually don't know. And to give context. Okay, I need you all to keep your eyes on the Florida budget.
And based on the information that I've gathered from my surveillance cameras, we're talking about over $1 billion that is in the gap between the House and Senate.
A billion with a B. Okay?
So The House Speaker, Mr. Perez, has been pushing for lower spending and has shared that if they fail to pass a budget by July 1, it will cause a partial government shutdown.
So I want us to go take a trip to watch this receipt, because I need you to see what is happening, and I need you to be aware of your policymakers. And this is why I'm like, hey, voting. I need y' all to know these people down the ballot. It's so important. It is so critical. And let's share the receipt so you could see why.
All right, let me share my screen.
All right, let's watch this together.
It's day 10 of a special session, and still no signs of progress on the state budget. Public meetings on line items ended last week, and negotiations are now behind closed doors. Our Capitol Bureau reporter, Cody Butler has more.
[00:22:51] Speaker G: The halls of the Capitol are empty, which is what you would normally expect this time of year, but not in the middle of a special session.
[00:22:58] Speaker H: You know, these members probably have no idea either what's going on.
[00:23:01] Speaker I: And it's almost hard to talk about it because there's been such a lack of transparency in the process.
[00:23:06] Speaker G: State lawmakers are left in the dark. Near the end of week two of the budget special session, brief public meetings on the state budget ended last week. Now, a Small group of lawmakers are trying to hash out the differences, closing a $1.4 billion gap.
House Minority Leader French Driscoll says it's time to move on.
[00:23:26] Speaker I: Things are just too up in the air, personally, for my taste. I'd like to see us get this budget done and, you know, move on and do the work of the people of Florida.
[00:23:35] Speaker G: Governor Ronda saying just last week, compared waiting for a budget to waiting for a new pope.
[00:23:40] Speaker H: Kind of just like a little cabal of people that kind of, like, decided, and it's like. It's almost like, you know, is there, like, white smoke coming out of.
[00:23:49] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah.
[00:23:50] Speaker H: So do we have a budget?
[00:23:52] Speaker G: There's been no update on what is holding up the budget. The House has been hard on cuts, leaving very little wiggle room in the Senate. DeSantis is encouraging lawmakers to get their only constitutional requirements done.
[00:24:04] Speaker H: Encourage everybody that's a part of that in the legislative. You know, get it done. Show. Show how it's done. Show how Florida gets it done. We have a great track record. I don't think you want to. You want to fritter that away now over. Really. I think pretty minor, minor disagreements now.
[00:24:20] Speaker C: Driscoll, Shut up.
[00:24:21] Speaker G: Will happen next week.
[00:24:23] Speaker I: It's Thursday, the 21st, and we still have not heard what day we're coming back next week. If we're coming back next week.
[00:24:30] Speaker G: The budget special session is scheduled to end a week from Friday.
At the Capitol, I'm Cody Butler reporting.
[00:24:40] Speaker C: Mm.
Just for transparency, since we're talking about days and dates, Today's date is March 23rd. It is a Saturday, and the reporting is they still don't have answers. So as we are following the money, we need accountability from our federal, but also our state leaders.
Gas is high, grocery is high, and we need to pay our educators and truly fund our schools.
But make sure that we have transparency in the process, because. Woo Chow. And as I was preparing for the episode, y', all, you know, I go and I do my research, I pull the receipts, I get links, I share it with you because I'm sharing the information that I'm passionate about. But I'm always going to share with you a source, unless it's a surveillance camera that does not want to be disclosed. Other than that, go to the source.
Okay.
The Florida Channel is a great resource for you to see the conversations that our House and our Senate members in the state of Florida are having. Go to the Florida Channel and go see. There is a great search feature. So if you even want to search by representative or you want to search by a particular topic, the search feature works. And I have no problem showing you if you need help doing it, because you need to go to the source, you need to get the receipts, and that's where you going to get it. Okay?
With this budget and everything going on, people out here are just trying to survive. They are just trying to make it. Our children are just trying to make it. And it's infuriating to me when we have state leaders that lie, when we have federal leaders that lie, when we have receipts to prove otherwise. And meanwhile, why?
Why? Everything is not fine. Everything is not okay. It's not.
And the more that we continue with the disillusionment of that, we're not going to move forward. And what does moving forward look like?
I truly don't know. But what I do know is that as I was preparing for the show, pulling the receipts, I saw that there was more changes happening to the public service loan forgiveness. The reason why I'm talking about this is because you know how many educator friends and social worker and counselor friends I have or nonprofit leaders that was under the assumption that they're going to get their loans covered if they follow the rules, and then now they're changing the definition of what qualifies. And I'm telling you, it directly impacts our teachers, our school counselors, our social workers, our nonprofit workers, our public servants. And it's so sad that our government will ask people to serve the public, underpay them, and then move the goal post and then move the goalpost.
Wow, wow, wow, wow.
And all of this have unattended and intended outcomes. So while they are adults that are fighting over talking points, children are losing access to the one skill that unlocks everything, and that is reading. Okay.
I shared on one of my videos that's posted on the Teaching for the Culture page that the reports are showing the decline of over 10 years, that students across the country are struggling with reading, and that there's a decline in phonics and increase in screen time and absenteeism.
And even after the recovery, I put in air quotes, recovery of COVID we are still seeing these interruptions. And so I want to share with you this resource that I found that I'm going to do a deep dive into the data because I'm a nerd like that. And I want to see the numbers, I want to see the receipts, and I want to make charts and do presentations about the data like I've been doing, you know, So I want y' all to Go see the education scorecard.org. okay. I want to take you on a field trip with me as I pull up the report and pull up the website, because I want y' all to be able to see this, but I also want y' all to go get the receipts, like going to the source. So Education Scorecard is a source, a quality one at that, because there's so many people that have been doing research as it relates to it. So. All right.
Boom.
All right. So I'm sharing with you the link to the website, and it pretty much provides the results. And it has the outline.
If you go and scroll down, it even does a breakdown of the changes with a map so that you could see they have a map here that is looking at the change of achievement based on the districts that receive free and reduced lunch.
And they have fact sheets. Okay. It even breaks down to school districts. Okay. And what I found very interesting was looking at the report for Hillsborough County.
Now, I want to be very transparent to tell you that I haven't had the opportunity to go fully in depth with Hillsborough county in particular as it relates to the data, because I was reading a 93 page report as it relates to the bylaws of units for the naacp. We're going to get there in a moment, but I want to go back to what I was talking about with the education scorecard because I need y' all to know the data and I need y' all to see how important and significant this is.
Florida ranks 24th out of 38 in their academic growth at math and in reading. Florida is last.
Teachers are being paid 50th in the nation. And I want to say for the third consecutive year, oh, my God.
And also, children ain't coming to school. And I don't know what to do about that either.
Children, why aren't they at school? What are they doing?
There's so many questions that I have, truly, but I don't have the answers to them, unfortunately. But all I could do is to go and provide you the receipts. So I'm going to put the link for the education scorecard in the comments at the conclusion of this recording and in my description on YouTube. For those that are watching on YouTube and for my folks that listen to the podcast version of this, thank you. But also, we're in video format, too, on Facebook and YouTube. Facebook is only up for 30 days.
YouTube is up forever unless YouTube deletes it or I take it down and the podcast. So there's so many different ways that you could receive this information. But like I said, the link will be available to you because I will put it in the description for you. And as we see all that, I'm like, wow, that's a lot. This is a lot. And. And. And meanwhile, like I said, our children deserve better. They deserve better. So.
I shared with you that I was reading the 97 page bylaws for the NAACP. If you've missed my post, I am very, very, very serious about my personnel and my legal correspondence being disseminated on a fake Facebook page. And my question has been to the president, Yvette Lewis.
How and why? Because they requested my personnel records according to the district, and they, in this context, is the Hillsboro naacp. So why did the information that they requested get published on a fake Facebook page that has been cyber harassing me and others for many years now, which actually is a great segue because I actually need to actually shift my location and I actually need to go to the courtroom. But before I go to the petty b courtroom, let's go ahead and just take a little, small, little break. Let me play this song. I need y' all to hear it with intention, okay?
And this is in regards to the cyber harassment that I'm talking about that I'm going to get some resolution to.
I am best believe it. Because people need to be held accountable on this accountability tour. So let me go ahead and roll the clip. I'll be back.
[00:34:16] Speaker A: We gather here today in the name of truth and digital justice.
Five years, five years of harassment.
But honey, today we serve the receipts. Hot, fresh and piping petty keto.
This one's for you, sir.
Because people lie, but receipts don't.
Five long years of fake names, fake games, spreading your lies but receipts hold the flames. You thought you were hidden but truth don't sleep.
And I got the screenshots, the evidence deep.
You want to test me, then do it in court.
But don't get it twisted that's your last resort.
I'm not filing nothing, I'm just living free.
If you think I'm lying, then sue
[00:35:16] Speaker B: me sue me, Tito, if you think I lied.
Five years of harassment you can hide.
People lie, purpose and all and I got evidence to expose it all.
I said what I said ain't taking it back.
Accountability coming on track.
You want the car then step on through but the burden ain't mine it's all on you, yo, you're doing this
[00:35:54] Speaker A: mess on district time district time when children in your class should be on on your mind.
This ain't the first time You've been pulled aside, warnings ignored, still running your life.
[00:36:09] Speaker B: So I asked it for do you value the line? Cuz he's rapping your name while crossing the line the cease and desist, the nail in the L.
Not public record but I'm your. You did.
[00:36:35] Speaker C: Uhhuh. Huh huh. Okay.
Well, welcome. All right, welcome to the Petty B courtroom. And let's go ahead and let's go ahead and have some order here. I am being very cautious in the way that I am articulating this because I want to make sure that I am not speaking out of emotion as this is personal to me and I do feel personally attacked as my information was exposed. Okay.
Also recognizing that I am not talking about the entire organization as a whole in the comments.
The comment says it's time for new leadership with the naacp because I lost, I lost a lot of respect for them as I was pulling up the bylaws, which there was a reason why I went through that 93 page document that I shared with you earlier.
I wanted to know what is the usual term for presidents and board members?
Officers is the term that they use per bylaws.
What is the usual term for their officers?
And as I was reading it, the usual term for a NAACP president is two years.
Now, it doesn't preclude them from being reelected and having another term. But I'm here to tell y' all that Yvette Lewis has been the president of the NAACP in Hillsborough county for seven, seven years. Does not. Do, do anyone else think that that's not a problem with everything that's happening?
Maybe it's just me. Maybe I just need to stay where I'm at. Maybe I just need to stay at my continent in, in South America.
Maybe. Okay? But I lived in Hillsboro. I taught in Hillsboro. I, I, I've done a lot of in Hillsborough and also Pinellas county too.
So I just wonder, do people have a problem with that? Because I do. And the reason why I have a problem with that is because I am still requesting a follow up that I've been doing outside of social media, outside of the Internet, to get accountability, transparency and integrity to determine why the information the organization requested from the district was published on that fake Facebook page and all of that.
And who is going to be held accountable?
I'm holding President Yvette Lewis accountable.
Now, as I was perusing on the Internet, you know, I seen, you know, people posting and saying things and there's a couple things that I do want to address and other things I'm going to give it to God particularly because when you look at the source. Right again, okay, you gotta go, go to the source. So Dr. Sam Wright, okay, he made a post on social media and he said that he spoke with President Yvette Lewis. And President Yvette Lewis was working on the situation, which was the viral doll hanging incident by Karen Savage, which I'll talk about that in a moment because there's details that I have that unless you go to the source. Okay, I talked to the mama, Okay.
I talked to some of the people in the comments that was sending receipts of how this ain't the first incident and issue that people had with Karen and students coming forward with different angles of the things happening in the classroom. It's so much to that. But wait, wait.
I need accountability, okay? So I'm here in the courtroom to say President Yvette Lewis.
Please, please contact me back as it relates to my formal demand letter that I sent to you, which a certified copy is on the way.
Please respond and answer the questions. Because people were like, well, why hasn't the NAACP issued a statement about what happened with Karen Savage and what she decided to do with hanging a baby doll across the tv?
Like I said in my PSA video, which I'll link if you missed it, the district and the Hillsborough branch of the naacp, they have a agreement, and in that agreement they receive free rent, okay? And they've been at Gary Adult, and there's been things that have been happening at Gary Adult. In fact, I'm going to.
Let's go to the receipt book, okay? We're just going to go ahead. Come. Come on, y'. All. Come on, come on, come on. And let me go ahead and share my screen.
And we are going to talk about this particular situation, okay? So let me close out some of these tabs here so you not all in my business, okay? And then let me share my screen with my Google Drive that has all of this information that I've been archiving and saving and logging for years as this has gone down, okay? So come on with me. Live as we do it together, okay? In real time.
So here we go. I am sharing with you my Dropbox. I'm sorry, Jesus, it is not Dropbox at all. My Google Drive of the NAACP folder, okay? The subfolder here is a filing cabinet of receipts. If I click this folder, you're going to see a whole bunch of folders and stuff in here with different people's names on it, okay? We're here to just talk about the NAACP okay, so this is the folder. Okay. There's a couple things that I want to share with you and then I'll be more intentional to make clips of this and to amplify this even more because again, I don't understand why the community has allowed seven years of leadership with the Hillsborough naacp.
And I hope that there's another election coming soon, and I hope that there are some bold faces and bold ideas to impact one of the boldest, oldest organizations fighting for civil rights. Because again, the question is, why did you retaliate against me? Why did you try to silence me when I was talking about the issues impacting our students? Where the district that we're talking about, it leaves the state in the school to prison pipeline, according to the latest data that we have from ACLU Florida. And I hope that we can get more reports and updates on that. And I'm going to reach out to them to see how I can help and be a community partner in support because we need the data, we need that analyzed.
And then this district, Hillsborough Schools, has the most underperforming schools in the state of Florida.
So my question was, and let me just pause for a minute, let me take this off the screen for just a moment so I could be full screen so I could say this to you. My question is, how can you be the watchdog of the district when you are financially benefiting from the agreement that you have with the district, which is why you didn't say no statements or nothing. But when the media called you to ask you about the things happening, of course you did. Eyvette, I've talked to school board members and some of the school board members say that they didn't even talk to you. You didn't even talk to some of the school board members about the things going on. And Meanwhile, you got Dr. Sam Wright again. While I'm bringing this back up, he just posted that Yvette Lewis is going to be on cnn.
You could be on national news, but you can't tell the media and you can't tell the people in your community what's going on.
Again. Okay, There was a meeting that they had last Thursday, okay.
They talked about human trafficking is what the title of the flyer was that was posted, I'm sure, posted by Cato Hodges, which is the person who's responsible for the Ben Banneker page, which has been a little crickets, actually.
But that's okay. That's okay. I'm going to continue to push this forward because I don't understand it. And I want to understand it, but I also want accountability. So that's where I'm at. This is my position, and this is how I feel. And this is what happened to me. This is my story. My information got leaked. So this why I said in my psa, do not, after all these years, try to tell me what I should say and do. Okay? And if you switch sides and you shifted when my life shifted, please stay over there. Please stay out my way, because I'm on an accountability tour. And right now I am asking for accountability, transparency and integrity for the president of the NAACP to provide me a reason why they requested my personnel records and why it was posted on a fake Facebook page that is still active and causing controversy today.
Okay?
I felt good getting that out. Okay. It's been. It's been holding in me. And it's sad. It's sad to advocate for children. And then you have people that look like you that is calling you disgruntled, is lying about your employment record. And then the question is, but why would you even do that?
[00:46:35] Speaker B: I'm ready to be petty today.
[00:46:37] Speaker C: Yes, indeed.
[00:46:39] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:46:40] Speaker C: Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. Okay, so come back with me. Okay. Let me go back to the Google Drive so I can pull this up for you. Okay.
Let me share that. All right. So as you can see, this is the drop.
I don't know why I keep doing that. Okay. I don't know why I keep wanting to say Dropbox. I have clients that use Dropbox, and I make Dropbox tutorials, which I'll talk about more about that later. But Google Drive, Lord. Okay, so in the Google Drive, I'm going to share with you a couple of things that I need you to be aware of. Okay?
So I have, like, text messages and things where I've talked to Eyvette. So it's just very interesting how she'll pick and choose when she wants to respond. But I will share with you that Yvette Lewis has. When I say petty B, she has used the B and not my name. Okay. I don't know why she has this energy with me, and it's not in person, because I went to go look for her when I was there at the beginning of the year before I came to Santa Marta, Columbia. I tried to go to the office. I'm a post the receipts on that, too, because I've called, I've tried to make an appointment. I've tried to do a lot before going on this Internet demanding accountability and a whole different level of visibility.
So Again, folks, when I say this is personal for me, it is, because it's my life, it's my livelihood, it's my credibility, and I'm not going to allow anybody to play with my name, period. Full stop. So the next thing I want to share with you is I have the agreement. I have the agreement, the memorandum of agreement between the school district and the naacp.
And I read this document. I requested this document. I got this document a long time ago. If you see what the date is. It got a timestamp. It got is. Is timestamp, y'.
[00:48:41] Speaker H: All.
[00:48:41] Speaker C: This is 2019, y'.
[00:48:42] Speaker B: All.
[00:48:43] Speaker C: I. I've been in this for some time, okay? I. I've been doing this for some time. I'm sharing this and being vulnerable in it. That when I say I am wanting accountability, I mean that. And I'm asking you for those that like this work and support the things that I do. I'm asking for your help and support and asking for accountability, too. Not just for my personal matter, but to the question, how could you be the watchdog of a school district when you are financially benefiting from the school district? And. And why we don't have new leadership after seven years.
Seven.
She's been the president for seven years.
Wow.
Wow.
The next thing that I want to share with you is a letter that was sent to the NAACP because it was improper use at the Gary Adult campus. Okay?
This letter was sent to the NAACP as their activity and the things that were happening in that office.
Mind you, this agreement was in 2019. I reported on this agreement. I got the receipts of the agreement, and I've been following this for a while now.
The things that is happening. And Gary Adult violates the memorandum of agreement, which is why.
Excuse me.
Which is why it is important that you ask for accountability in this. Okay. Okay.
Ask. Just ask the questions. Okay? So I'm going to stop talking about them for a moment because I have so much more to say. But I do want to honor the time in my recording, and I, again, just appreciate that y' all are here.
While I am actively fighting for accountability, transparency, and integrity, I'm telling you, my inbox has been wild, and my inbox has been wild as it relates to the Karen Savage situation. And as a result, I've been having conversations as it relates to the NAACP in Hillsborough county. And this is why I'm demanding accountability. I've been in contact with the mother of the viral incident. She stated that she was very thankful that we amplified the story. And she shared publicly that she is being represented by the national naacp. And I look forward to the updates. And apparently, according to Sam Wright, she's going to be. She being. Yvette Lewis, is going to be on cnn. So I'm assuming that she's going to be on CNN talking about this viral incident, but has not said anything publicly about how this district led the state with a school to prison pipeline. But then.
But then pulled a report on Clay county about Addison Davis. After you done called that man the C word in that room. I was there so I could talk about it again. This is why you got to go to the source, folks, okay? There's a lot of people talking about things, and if you weren't in the room or you don't have the receipts, please shut up, okay?
If you haven't been advocating for children before now and you see this as an opportunity to build your platform or to be monetized on the Internet, shut up, okay? Please.
Because it's a lot at stake. It's a lot that's going on, and we need people to be intentional and accountable because our children deserve better. I keep saying that, okay?
I hope that y' all have an amazing weekend, okay? There's so much that's happening, so many developments as it relates to the things that are happening in our education system. And again, we are ranking last, okay. And paying our educators. And then looking at the education scorecard, we're last in reading, too. So it looks like if we follow the money, we see that there's a problem. And when the state lawmakers come together, it seems like some of them don't want to solve it. And I don't know what to do about that, okay?
Now, before I end the program, I always talk about something as it relates to digital safety and cell phones and just the IT world that I live in, okay? And it's so interesting how people weaponize the work that I do.
And I will have to talk about that in a whole different platform and setting. But when I say I'm on an accountability tour and I am clearing my name, don't lie on me.
Let me go ahead and share my screen here. So for those of you that may or may not be aware, I shared about the canvas breach, and it impacted over 41% of our US education system, okay? It was one of the biggest data breaches that has happened in edtech, and it's something that is still being talked about because the ransom is being paid, has been paid, and we don't know how much they paid the ransom, okay?
For context, I do want to share this video so that you can have a high level overview of what happened and the impact. And I also want to close you out with some tips and some safety things that you need to be aware of. Because digital warfare is a thing you need to be very intentional with your passwords and your logins and just all the things. So let me play the clip and then I'll get to the resources that could help.
[00:54:27] Speaker J: We're learning more about a major data violation potentially impacting millions of students nationwide. The hacking group called Shiny Hunters claiming responsibility Thursday after targeting Canvas, a platform used by thousands of K through 12 schools and universities for uploading and managing assignments, tests, grades and more.
[00:54:47] Speaker C: I looked for the app and I couldn't find it. So I was like, I texted my friends, where is it?
And then I looked on the website, it was shut down.
[00:54:56] Speaker J: Thousands of students were locked out of Canvas on Thursday with Shiny Hunters releasing a message saying it breached Instructure, the company behind Canvas, for a second time, writing in part quote, instead of contacting us to resolve it, they ignored us and did some security patches. The group reports gaining access to more than 275 million people's data across roughly 9,000 schools and is threatening to release their information unless ransom is received by May 12.
[00:55:24] Speaker C: Most universities will not negotiate that.
[00:55:27] Speaker J: Instructure is investigating and previously on May 1 said it had experienced a cybersecurity incident.
[00:55:34] Speaker C: Need to know what they have.
[00:55:37] Speaker J: Several universities including Georgetown, Harvard, Rutgers, Princeton and more have alerted students. In a statement, Columbia University writing in part quote, instructure has indicated that there is currently no evidence that passwords, dates of birth, Social Security numbers or financial information were involved in the incident.
Schools aren't alone. In the past, Shiny Hunters has also targeted Ticketmaster, Microsoft AT&T and other companies.
Ted Lindner, Fox News.
[00:56:10] Speaker C: I bring and I share this video with you because I wanted to amplify with you that this is not the only company that this hacking group has gotten a hold of. And this is why it's important across the different platforms that you're on, not just Canvas, that you are intentional with how to protect yourself on the Internet. And there is so much to that. There's so much nuance and layers and just education and training that I am so excited to do and to provide. And if you need one on one support, I will provide my link so you can schedule some time with me and we can talk about the things. Okay. It's important that you are aware of how to protect yourself on the Internet. Because of the different things that are happening, such as this major canvas breach. Again, it impacted over 41% of our U.S.
excuse me, our U.S. education system.
So here are some tips for you. So I need you to be hyper vigilant with communication. So as you're getting emails that are coming in, please be mindful of the emails that you, you are receiving, what you're responding to and what you're clicking on in them. Okay?
The second one is so funny because cybersecurity experts is still shaking their head as it relates to canvas decision of paying the ransom. Meanwhile, the hacking group still has the data. So it's just so interesting to me.
But you shouldn't pay a ransom. And there are things that are happening where if, say you're Googling Walmart and you're looking for Walmart support and you call the first number that you see, sometimes that's not actual Walmart support.
Okay, I've done a story time as it relates to elderly woman that ended up calling a number that she saw on Google because she was Googling Walmart to get help with her online order that she made through the app.
And the person went through her phone through a app that they instructed her to download and they were able to send money to themselves and she had to fight like hell to get her money back. And because she used a debit card, she had to go through so many hoops.
So again, please be careful, not just to our children, but our elderly. Okay, Google changed their icons. I don't know if you realize how much it's going to take some of our elderly folks to recognize the changes of the icon and to know what is what. And if you ever worked for any type of telecommunications such as T Mobile and Verizon, if you go to some of those stores, the corporate stores, you will see an influx of the elderly population going there just to get support on some of the most basic navigations. And for those that are in my generation, I know that you're providing tech support to your parents because that's what I do every time I come into town or hell, now that I'm in a different continent, I have tools in place to where I can remote access into their device. So now when they need help, they tell me that they need help, they grant me access into their device and I'm able to do what I do virtually.
So you need to be very, very intentional. Please don't click on these links that are not verified.
Please update your passwords. Please, please, please update your passwords. Some of Y' all have passwords before the. Before we even had Covid. And now we got all these other viruses that's out here. Change your password. Okay.
And please enable Multi factor Authentication. Okay.
Please use Authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, such as Microsoft authenticator. Hell. 1Password. I'm going to always amplify them.
So please be careful out here as you're on these digital streets and as you're on the Internet. And like I said, go to the source. If you got questions, go to the source. If you need answers, go to the source. If you need receipts, go to the source.
So this is why I'm going to the president of the naacp. I'm going to the source. Why did they request my personnel records? And why was that published on a fake Facebook page? And what are they going to do about it?
Also, I'll keep you up to date as it relates to the case regarding Karen.
Now, this is turning into where a lawsuit is in play and information and being talked about. So buckle up, strap in. I can't wait to see President Yvette Lewis on cnn. Hopefully she can respond back to me before the show airs.
I need answers, okay? People need answers around here and demand accountability, transparency, and integrity. Our children deserve better. They deserve better than the games, the lies, and the things that people are doing out here in the street saying that they doing it for our kids because some of them are doing it for themselves.
With that being said, I'm gonna close you out with a song that I'm gonna end with, because, again, this is personal to me and because I know that he's operating the page. At first I thought it was Michelle Williams, and now that I know it's not her, it's him.
I'm full throttle on this now, and I invite him to sue me if I'm lying. Because the only way that I would know if it's him with fidelity is if we subpoena the records. Because he's using a fake Facebook page and he's using a vpn. And the VPN that he's using is Nord. How I know is because I saw the icons. Because he used the Android device anyway, like I said, Kayl Nord Hodges. Okay, I need you to cut it out, too. And for the boards that he serves on.
Is this a person that aligns with your values in the name of truth and transparency?
[01:02:21] Speaker B: If I'm lying, take it up legally.
But harassment ain't holy, bullying ain't blessed,
[01:02:28] Speaker C: and receipts don't preach louder than the rest.
[01:02:38] Speaker B: Five years of games but the truth is here.
[01:02:50] Speaker A: You cross the line Digging in my file, leaking my records with a crooked smile. And it ain't just me.
You came for them too.
Targeting others.
What's wrong with you?
[01:03:07] Speaker B: Accountability is truth that's righteous and fair but lying for clout, that's fraud in the air.
Miscellaneous facts, playing dirty games, it's weird behavior. You should feel the same if you think I like.
[01:03:35] Speaker C: Yes indeed. So I am back in my environment. I thank you for tuning in to the show. Thank y' all for the comments. I really appreciate it. And while I wasn't able to read every comment and put it up with intention, I do appreciate you being here. And for those of you that are part of the Replay Ministry again, please make sure that you like share follow all the things and make sure that you're following what we're doing with teaching for the culture. We are making a global impact because our children deserve better and we're going to continue to fight. Like I said seven years ago, our children deserve better and I will continue to amplify that accordingly. With that being said, until next time. Love you.
[01:04:12] Speaker E: Peace.
[01:04:12] Speaker C: Bye.
[01:04:50] Speaker B: It.
